One topic. A little room to understand it.

When the study list feels bigger than the session, choose the next thing you want to understand—not the whole list.

Make this round specific.

Try “work through three problems” or “read this chapter and write a few notes.” Choose a task you can start now, with the materials already beside you.

For a difficult topic, choose one worked example. Read it, cover the solution and try to explain each step in your own words. Mark the part you cannot explain for the next round.

Give the task one interval.

Try 25 minutes of focus followed by a five-minute break. Petmoro sessions start at 25 minutes. Put your phone beside your work and adjust the next round to how you feel.

For quiet company, choose companion mode. You do not need to choose commitment to begin.

Decide what comes next after the break.

Notice what you finished and what still needs attention. Choose another round, a different task or a longer rest.
