Companion mode lets you end early without cat departure. Deliberately breaking a commitment makes the cat step away; one complete eligible recovery session brings it home, without payment or accumulating debt. These rules are explained before you begin.

A few things you might ask
Do I pay to bring my cat back?
No. Complete one full recovery session at a duration you choose to bring your cat home. Recovery is free, and another unfinished attempt does not add more sessions to repay.
Does missing a day make the cat leave?
No. Absence and an active commitment are different. Missed days do not erase past progress; a deliberate breach of an active commitment has a recovery path.
Does a crash count as a broken commitment?
An app crash or a system interruption will not make your cat leave.
